LOLA is not a traditional property manager. We activate empty spaces for public good not profit and hand them over to the people who live, work, and dream in the neighborhood. Paas 8 is one of many such places, but deeply rooted in the unique spirit of Zuidoost: bold, diverse, self-organized.

Paas 8 exists because the community claimed it. It is a place to create, connect, and push back.

Here, artists, social initiatives and neighborhood makers don’t just rent space, they shape it. The people using Paas 8 are co-users, not tenants. its kept alive by a local community manager, someone from the community who anchors the space in its surroundings and helps it stay open, accessible, and responsive.
